WHAT WE DO...
We offer a variety of services to our clients including
ACCOMMODATION
High Spec Modern Accommodation with Flat Screen TV equipped with Sky plus
& High speed internet access.
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
Work closely with all Young People to develop in a number area such as Education,Life & Social Skills, Money Management, Health Care etc.
OUTREACH & SUPPORT
Floating support helps individuals maintain their accommodation by offering a range of housing-related support which promotes independence and empowerment
SMART
The ongoing 1:1 support provided by our key workers will be based on specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time scaled goals. This will ensure that there is a consistent, ongoing level of assessment to best support the needs of the young people in our care.
PRACTICAL PREPERATION
Practical preparation will be carried out on a 1:1 basis with keyworkers in order to reinforce skills explored during workshops. 1:1 key working sessions may take place 2 -3 times per week depending on the support required.
ETE
Every young person placed within Rockstone’s pre-independent placement’s, will be expected to embody the ethos of Rockstone, which is based on the commitment to see young people thrive and achieve educational, training and employment development, to prepare them for independent fully functional living.
Key working sessions help the youth build up skills
in areas that require extra provision until a safe level of independence is achieved and residents can then be supported in the transition to their own home.
